The ICIC 2024 host, Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner announces the dates of the XV Edition of the International Conference of Information Commissioners.
The main fora in the field of access to information will be held this year in Tirana, Albania, from 3 to 5 June 2024. It will be the first time ever that this conference takes place in the Western Balkans.
The conference will evolve under the theme: “Empowering Individuals through Access to Information: Ensuring Transparency and Inclusivity in an Interconnected World”.
The event will feature panel discussions and side events, providing a comprehensive forum for participants to delve into the complexities of access to information and transparency. The conference is expected to address common issues and explore possible solutions while taking into consideration emerging technologies and digitalization.
